We initially met with Lynsey and her team at Campus North to discuss improving their internet service, which as a coworking and hot-desk provider, is integral to the service they provide start-ups and micro businesses based there.
The Brief
As a provider of office/co-working space, event and meeting space, Campus North required an easy to access, secure and reliable leased line connection, that would lower their monthly cost but provide a superior service.
Our Solution
One of the key requirements of Campus North was to have a reliable network connection for their users to access and run their businesses from.
Getting a much more effective supply to Campus North was quick and straight forward and would lower their monthly outgoings in the process.
One of the other key benefits of the leased line into Campus North is they now have greater control over their speeds, so should their needs change in the future, changes can be made at a moments notice.
On top of the increased flexibility for Campus North, utilising our network means they will experience zero contention. In short, this means that no matter what time of day it is, the service will be much more consistent, even with lots of users on the network at the same time. Many service providers will introduce what is known as a lower contention ratio which means the more users on the network the slower it will become.
