What happens after you place an order...
Day 1
Within 24 hours you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This will explain the product and service you have ordered and its full cost.
Day 2
Your order will be processing through our system and within 24 hours we will have an activation date. Your order at this point may also be rejected.
Day 3-4
You will be sent an email explaining your Activation Date. Generally, from this point your Broadband or Phone service will be activated within 10 working days but sometimes it can take longer depending on demand in your local area.
Day 7-10
Wireless router dispatched. A signature is required upon delivery. We can deliver your router to a work or relatives address, just tell us when you order your service.
Day 14
If all goes to plan, you should be online and enjoying our service
